Often recreating ourselves means letting go of unhealthy habits so we can form new, healthier habits. Getting a handle on our cravings, and not turning to junk food when we're stressed is often the biggest hurdle for most of us.

My TOP TIP for getting a handle on cravings is to start cutting back on the carbohydrates, especially refined sugars and processed foods, and incorporating intermittent fasting.

If you're new to intermittent fasting try this simple way to ease in to it.

Plan to go food-free for 14 to 16 hours, and if this seems daunting here's what you do. Stop eating by 8:00 pm. When you get up have your coffee or tea with no sugar (a splash of plain, unsweetened cream will be fine), and sip on bone broth if hunger strikes. Then eat lunch at noon.
