• 1 Eat Water Fettuccine
• 1/2 medium avocado
• 3 tbsp ricotta cheese
• 50ml plant based milk
• Chopped parsley
• Parmesan cheese to top if desired
Method:
1. Prepare the Slim Pasta Fettuccine as per package instructions (drained and rinsed).
2. In a bowl mash the avocado, add the ricotta, and plant-based milk and mix until well incorporated
3. Add the fettuccine and toss together
Serve and top with parsley and Parmesan
