White Wine Cask Gin


Our White Wine Cask Gin was developed by our Head Distiller, Scott Ferguson, in the Burgundy region of France. White Burgundy is a fresh and zesty aromatic spirit, with notes of tropical peach, apricot and signature botanicals of juniper and bergamot. Whilst maintaining the character of Eden Mill’s Original Gin, the influence from the wine-seasoned casks adds an unmissable complexity.
Red Wine Cask Gin


With notes of red-berry, vanilla, and cassia spice, Red Amarone is perfect for the aromatic gin lover. Using casks that first nurtured Amarone in Italy’s wine region of Verona, our gin was cask-aged for 500 days to create a unique aroma and flavour. This fascinating pairing of spice and fruit makes a memorable gin that won a Gold Medal for the Scottish Cask Gin of the Year in 2021.
