As we approach the start of 2025, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued trust and support throughout the past year. It has been a pleasure delivering convenience to you, and we are excited to carry that momentum into the new year.

Going into 2025, foodpanda remains committed to regularly investing in app improvements and optimising our operations to deliver the exceptional services that you have come to expect, and to creating better experiences for our delivery partners and merchants. Starting 1 January 2025, we will adjust our Platform Fee from $0.40 to $0.60.

This adjustment will not only go towards ongoing efforts to provide you with a seamless and reliable experience, but also ensure that we continue to enable our own engagement programmes, as well as government initiatives that uplift our delivery partners.

We understand that price changes are never easy, and appreciate your continued support as we work to enhance our services and help our foodpanda community thrive. We thank you sincerely.
