We asked Piseth Sam to tell us her message to the world and this is what she shared with us.
Finding Comfort in the Discomfort

Get to Know Gnarly Athlete, Piseth Sam

Piseth wants us to try it all, to suck at whatever we’re trying and learn from those experiences. One of Piseth’s greatest lessons was learning how to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. Rooted in her childhood, she’s had to learn to flourish without external influences. She’s always been comfortable in her skin. Piseth says that at the end of the day, we should only be seeking approval from ourselves rather than giving power to outside influences.

HYDRATE FRUIT POPSICLES

Bag of Gnarly Hydrate with Homemade popsicles all around it.
Before training, during training, after training...who doesn’t love a popsicle on a hot day. These are easy to make and a great option for kids and adults alike.

INGREDIENTS OPTION 1

Gnarly Hydrate Grapefruit

Frozen Blackberries
Water

INGREDIENTS OPTION 2

Gnarly Hydrate Orange Pineapple

Frozen Mango
Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix 2 scoops of Gnarly Hydrate in 24-30 oz of water. Pour into popsicle molds up to the fill line, add frozen fruit. Place a popsicle stick into each mold and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until frozen solid.

To remove popsicles from molds, run them until warm water for 30 seconds.
