Superfood Cereal Prep Instructions
Instant Prep: Add 2/3 cup of cold or hot water, milk, or milk alternative and let sit for three minutes. Mix and enjoy!
Overnight Prep: Stir in 2/3 cup of water, milk, or milk alternative. Cover and refrigerate for 4-24 hours. Mix and enjoy!
