A deep clean in January is so important after a busy Christmas period. Keep reading for some top tips on how to keep your grooming salon ultra clean! To start with clean your most used equipment, such as, dryers, clippers, scissors and your grooming tools. It is best to start with this, so any fur or dirt falls to the floor. Secondly, tackle your bath area. Remove the slats and dislodge any hair build-up using an antibacterial spray and toothbrush or bristle brush. Wash the framework from top to bottom with an anti-bacterial solution or wipes. And then move onto brushing and scrubbing the bath slats. Finally, give the bath a rinse with hot water. Now to your table using an anti-bacterial solution or wipe clean your table tops, legs and feet removing any excess hair as your go. Take this time as opportunity to have a maintenance check on your equipment. Check your clippers, dryers, and scissors are hair free and functioning properly. To finish your deep clean, sweep any loose hair from the floor. All done. You are now ready for your first client of 2024.
