Does the fretboard confuse you?

Email sent: Apr 26, 2021 11:11am

Are you ever confused by the fretboard?

Ever wondered why it is tuned the way it is,
or what logic there is to the placement of the notes?

With these two bits of information you can figure out
any note on the fretboard:

1. Standard guitar tuning is E A D G B E
    (starting
at the 6th string)

2. Each fret on the fretboard represents a semi-tone,

    or a musical half step.

Does that sound complicated?

It's not - and I'll prove it to you in Unlocking I-IV-V.

In fact, I explain this part in only about 5 minutes -
so it must be easy! =)
