Dear Healbright Community,

The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in an accompanying mental health crisis. As millions of people's lives are disrupted, there is a surge in stress, anxiety, and panic.

What lies ahead is unknown. Fortunately, there is a wealth of research on how people can develop resiliency and combat stress during difficult times. There are also a variety of practices that are proven to help people take care of their minds and bodies during traumatic events.

For this reason, we have created a new free course to help you navigate the emotional challenges that lie ahead. This course provides resources that anyone can do at home to build their resilience and shield themselves from the negative effects of excess stress.
 

How you can help:
  • Educate yourself on stress and resilience so you can maintain your well-being during this crisis.
  • Find at least one daily practice. By taking care of yourself, you will help uplift others around you.
  • Help spread the word. Share this and other mental health resources on your social media accounts, with your loved ones, and with organizations that need support.
We will continue to stay in touch with new resources as this situation unfolds.
