HMS Warrior lit up like a Christmas tree
HMS Warrior Illuminated 
 
HMS Warrior is lit up for the festive period! It’s Christmas tree shaped lights adorn the foremast and provide a heartwarming and merry sight at the entrance of the Dockyard.  
 
A Selection of Christmas Trails  
 
Join us at The Mary Rose Museum, Royal Navy Submarine Museum, Explosion Museum of Naval Firepower and in the Victory Galleries for a selection of family Christmas trails.
 
The trails will be available from 16th December – 1 January.

Christmas candles at the Mary Rose
The Warm Magical Glow of Christmas Candles

 

Get hands on with history and create your very own Tudor inspired candle from beeswax. Take it home and enjoy the cosy candlelight, and warming scent of honey. This event will take place at the Mary Rose Museum on 16, 19 and 20 December. 
 
Stargazing 2024 
 
Stargazing at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard is back again in Action Stations and HMS Warrior on Wednesday 31 January 2024 between 6 and  9pm. During the magical evening you will have the opportunity to look through a telescope, learn how sailors navigate by the stars, and find out more about our Universe. This event is free.
