Watch my guard passing get tuned up by a champion!

I don't have a lot of time to write a long email today, but one of my favorite guard passes is the 'Over-Under' pass.

It uses the weight of your entire body to pin your opponent's hips before you make your way around his legs.

Also it doesn't rely on speed, flexibility or athleticism, which makes it a great pass to use when you're going against younger, stronger, dynamic opponents.

I had the chance to have this exact guard pass fine-tuned and debugged by one of the very best over-under passers in the world: 5 time world champion Bernardo Faria!

And - even better - I got to film it so that I can share it with you.

Click here to watch the 6:43 vide on Youtube called Bernardo Faria Fine Tunes my Over Under Pass.

I learned some critical details that made this pass twice as effective, and I'm sure you'll learn a lot too!

Check it out - I'm sure it'll help you improve your guard passing!

Cheers
