Dear Supporters,
During my recent visit to Arizona, I spoke with people about the struggles in their communities created by our government’s failure to enact sensible immigration policies. Those living along the border—including business owners and workers for whom legal border crossings provide income—don’t view immigration through a partisan lens. They want secure borders and more streamlined, legal paths to citizenship. You can find my thoughts on that visit and immigration more broadly here.
