A recent study out of Yale University's School of Public Health found that exposure to PFAS chemicals increases the risk of miscarriage's by 80-120% in pregnant women. The cohort study also identified drinking water as a primary exposure route in maternal plasma. PFAS are federally unregulated and still very much present in U.S. drinking water.
