Amid the uncertainty, we are all facing in our day to day lives as COVID-19 (Coronavirus) continues to spread, I would like to take a moment to remind you how important it is to take care of yourself.
Constant physical activity is known to boost the immune system. Even though it is recommended to avoid public spaces, including fitness facilities, it is essential to keep exercising. It can be a 30-minute walk outside, a quick run, a yoga session at home, dancing to your favorite tunes or anything else that gets your heart pumping! With all the information available to us online, each of us can find something that works for us.
Physical activity paired with constant preventative measures such as always thoroughly washing your hands, sleeping well, drinking plenty of water, avoiding processed foods and sugars, eating nutrient-rich meals will help you boost your immune system.
But the most important thing to remember is to support each other!
