Facebook Analytics Made Easy 🔥

I have something super-amazing to share with you today! 
We had Amanda Robinson, The Digital Gal who joined us on our show 'Just Between You and Me' and I am in awe of how she made Facebook Analytics seem super-easy using a Live Case study! You can check it out here. And if you are super-busy, then I have some show notes, quotes and highlights that I'd love to share with you in this email. 
1. The first thing you need is to set up a page for your brand or business. In order to make sense of the numbers happening through Facebook, you need to start posting on the page and then go to 'Insights' to see how each post performed.
2. As a business, you need to be posting on your business page. A lot of business owners don't look at their Facebook Insights, which can provide a lot of interesting information and detail that can be helpful to you.
3. You need to go back and look at the numbers and see what's working for you and what's not. 
4. In the Page Insights main overview view, you need to grow the post reach, engagement and video views - either via organic means or with ads.
5. When you see the data on all posts, use the data here to see which posts performed better organically and resonated with your audience. If people are engaging with the posts, recreate the post (content or format-wise) to create more engaging content to increase and grow your post reach.
6. Boosting posts are the training wheels for Facebook ads. Use it a way to get your feet wet with spending your dollars on Facebook ads.
7. Leverage the knowledge and data you're getting on your best performing posts when you're planning on running your Facebook ads campaign. Let this data inform on the best type of ad to create in your ad creatives.
8. By installing the Facebook pixel on your website, Facebook will be able to track whether your link clicks actually materialized in a visit on your landing page view.
9. Facebook analytics is a tool that is extremely robust. It is also under-utilised because it has been an evolving piece of technology that Facebook is working through. 
10. Take everything at a high-level, look for trends and look for information that helps you understand the way you produce your content and what you're doing with your ads and what you could be doing better!

2. New feature 'Reels' released in India. It enables users to record, edit, and post 15-second videos with some super-cool layout and hands-free feature.
1. There is an update on Facebook algorithm yet again! Facebook will now prioritise quality news content as well. 
2. Facebook will start to push the use of hashtags in many ways, one of them includes help in increasing organic reach. Isn't this amazing?
Snapchat to give brands their own profile pages. This feature is still under beta-testing. 
1. 'Fleets' - thoughts that can disappear and will not appear on your Twitter feed/profile is now available!
2. Rolling out on the web version: You can slide into DMs without clicking away from your timeline!
All Business Pages on LinkedIn will now have access to new Analytics tools.
