What to do when nothing helps your eczema

I stumbled upon another gut-wrenching eczema story lately from a young lady fed up with her eczema.

Any treatment she’s tried works for one week—at best—before it stops working completely, and her eczema starts spreading again.

Her eczema covers 50% of her body. And she wrote how she’s a dry, itching, bleeding mess.

She’s battled her eczema for 17 years, and has tried almost every eczema treatment under the sun.

What kinds of treatment has she tried (without success)?

She’s taken cold showers — and showers under five minutes. She’s tried using soaps without fragrance and soaps without glycerin. She’s tried bleach baths and oatmeal baths. And she’s used exfoliating scrubs and got rid of her loofah.

Nothing worked.

So, she tried to make dieting tweaks:

She stopped eating dairy. Then meat. And she ate less sugar. Still nothing worked.

Different medications made no difference either:

Years ago, she used skin-thinning steroids. She’s tried Benadryl hoping that falling into a deep coma would prevent her from scratching herself in her sleep.

Neither of these worked.

She tried holistic solutions as well:

Coconut oil didn’t help her. Neither did CBD lotion.

Not to mention, she tried a bunch of tricks too like:

* Cutting her nails to prevent sleep scratching

* Wearing socks over her hands

* Drinking more water

* Getting more sunlight

* Getting less sunlight

And she’s even gone to therapy to see if that helped her eczema.

The result?

17 years later and her eczema only spreads.

Worst part?

Other people treat her like a contagious alien that they can’t take their eyes off of.

I hate reading stories like these. It reminds me of my past trauma with eczema, and stings almost as much.

Well, here’s what I would tell this anonymous person if I could:

The reason why none of the 20 different treatments she tried provided any lasting result is most likely because the root of her eczema comes from inside her body. Many forms of eczema are associated with immune imbalancing, linked to stress, or both.

That’s why I’d recommend she try Free To Be Me Sensitive Skin Supplement for eczema and sensitive skin.

(Especially when you can try Free To Be Me here and save 30% on your order by clicking the clickable coupon on Amazon and placing your order before midnight tonight.)

I’d also recommend Mother of all Creams to deal with the topical problems like itchy and dry skin. But the Free To Be Me supplement will help to strengthen her skin from the inside-out — something that none of the other treatments she tried did. (Plus, Free To Be Me is 30% off today on Amazon.)

In other words:

Free To Be Me tackles the root causes of eczema, so she could prevent flare-ups and maintain healthy skin from within.

And you know what?

It will do exactly the same for you—whether you’ve suffered with eczema for 6 weeks, 6 months, or 6 years.

How does Free To Be Me address the root cause of eczema while most other treatments don’t?

Well, first we recognized the 5 most common causes of eczema, which include a combination of:

  • An overactive immune system, which causes inflammation
  • Inherited genetics, which sabotage your natural skin barrier
  • Environmental toxins
  • Food allergens
  • And stress

Then, our in-house physician, Dr. Michele Burklund, crafted a formula which addresses each of these potential root causes.

That’s why each bottle of Free To Be Me helps you…

* Gently remove toxins by purifying your body’s internal detox system with Burdock Root. It also decreases inflammation and atopic dermatitis in clinical studies.

* Support two key organs in your internal detox system (your liver and kidneys) with Milk Thistle, which also delivers important antioxidants to your skin. (Plus, milk thistle may protect your skin from aging, too.)

* Stimulates collagen production, helps reduce your physiological stress levels, and enhances your circulation (which improves oxygen and nutrient delivery to your skin) with Gotu Kola

* Boost your silica production, a necessary building block for natural collagen production, with Horsetail

* Provide essential nutrients to your skin with Stinging Nettle, which has anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, and anti-histamine properties (which has shown to help some forms of eczema in clinical trials).

* Boost your vitamin C production, a foundation of good skin health and collagen production, with Rose Hips — one of the most concentrated food-based sources of vitamin C available.

* Protect and nourish your skin with Curcumin, which aids in a soft, smooth looking complexion. (Plus, a study from the University of California Davis analyzed over 234 trials on curcumin. They found it could provide therapeutic benefits when ingested and applied topically for conditions, including atopic dermatitis.)

* Balance the functioning of your immune system and stress response with adaptogen Reishi Mushroom. It's also rich in polysaccharides, protein, minerals, vitamins, and prebiotics that support the appearance of luminous skin.

* Relax your mind and body with Skullcap (without common side effects like drowsiness or dizziness which you’d feel by using benzodiazepines)

And it supports the 6 building blocks to healthy skin:

  1. Optimal Immune System Function
  2. Efficient Toxin Removal
  3. Healthy Inflammatory Response
  4. Key Nutrients for Collagen Synthesis
  5. Healthy Stress Response
  6. Strengthens Skin Barrier

Whew! That was a lot.
