IQAir Status and COVID-19 Update

Dear IQAir Customers:

For more than 50 years, IQAir has worked hard to earn the trust of our customers with best-in-class air quality products, service excellence, and open communication. In keeping with this tradition, I would like to share what steps IQAir is taking to face the challenges and uncertainties of the COVID-19 pandemic.

During this crisis, we are committed to flattening the infection curve with our actions and our products.

We continually monitor recommendations from the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as other leading authorities to ensure the welfare of our entire IQAir team. We have implemented an infectious disease response plan with such actions as elimination of in-person meetings, social distancing requirements, travel restrictions, meal and break policies, and training in best practices for hygiene and exposure prevention.

While our Southern California Clean Air Experience Center remains closed to the public until further notice, we are committed to continuing to help our customers via phone, chat, or email.

Because some of the products we make are being used to fight COVID-19, we are committed to keeping our manufacturing lines and service teams operational. We have seen a dramatic increase in orders for certain products that help the welfare of patients and enhance the safety of healthcare and emergency response professionals. We are working to minimize lead times for these products by increasing our production capacity and prioritizing the manufacturing of these high demand products. Our global teams in Switzerland, Germany, China, and the US are operating under the same policies.

In a time of unprecedented uncertainty, we are committed to supplying critically-needed products, providing a safe workplace, and meeting our obligation of corporate social responsibility.
