Sometimes it's hard telling two skis apart: "all-mountain," "mid-fat," "ripper." These terms and others like it are used all the time to describe skis. And what really is the difference between a ski with a 99 mm width underfoot versus one with 100 mm? Our Editor, Chris, tests two similar skis and then breaks down their subtle differences in our latest Shop Talk blog. Turns out while they look close on paper, they ski completely differently. That is the importance of Ski Testing—to ensure that when you buy a pair of skis you're getting the right ones according to your skiing style and the terrain you like to ride!
