Even though we've been cooped up in our houses during this COVID-era, it's given us some time to release some long awaited products, like this!
In our Original OpalDrive laser module release, we received a ton of feedback from our customers like you. We loved seeing all the cool stuff you made, and appreciated all the helpful feedback in constructing the next version of our OpalDrive module. One of the common themes with the feedback we received, is customers wanted it more portable. While our original was a great starting point to launch the Laser Wire® system, we understand that module was more of a Jack-of-all-trades, but and wasn't really specifically designed for one application. As such, we wanted to bring you a great, portable design, that allows for integration into wearables, costuming and more, where it was difficult to tell whether the laser module was part of the garment. That meant shedding a significant weight, and size to meet our customer's demands. After many iterations of the design, we are excited to introduce the new OpalDrive Wearable Module! *cue trumpets*
