Hi ,
I hope you enjoyed our three projects. :-)
The fluffy Strawberry Shortcake with a perfectly
smooth icing.
Mendiants with tempered couverture. A technique
that's also great for cake decoration.
The fancy Pistachio Raspberry Loaf. The rich flavors
of pistachio and raspberry in this cake are a pure pleasure.
BUT... only when you really make them! :-)
Don't just read the guides and watch the videos.
Go in the kitchen and give it a try!
Surprise your family with something new and delicious.
And remember... Practice makes perfect.
I've seen so many of my students in the past who
started with little or no baking experience.
And they now make cakes that impress their family
each and every time.
Some even started their own baking shops.
If you found a passion in baking... then follow it!
Improving a skill you enjoy not only makes you
happier.
It also makes the people around you happy.
They can enjoy all the nice things you make for
them. :-)
It's a never ending journey.
This was just the beginning.
