Add Some Antiquity to Your Jewelry Box

Is this your brand on Milled? You can claim it.

Humans have been wearing jewelry for about 75,000 years — a wee bit longer than Kembrel has been around. Back in the day, the ancient Egyptians, Greeks, and Mesopotamians would decorate their toga-licious wardrobes with gemstones, gold, metals, and shells to show off their wealth, status, and fashion prowess (RTW Athens Spring/Summer 300BC?)

Today, our jewelry might come in pretty turquoise boxes and pair with more than just loincloths, but not that much has changed. Case in point: Sunahara. This amazing designer uses old Australian gold coins to make her jewelry designs. Combining vintage materials with avant-garde profiles, Sunahara's bracelets and mid-knuckle rings look as good now as they would have on Cleopatra's hands.
