There's nothing like a creamy smoothie bowl to start off your morning as spring eases into early summer. This recipe packs all of the sweetness of strawberries with the bright tropical flavors of mango and coconut. And it makes a perfect base on which to experiment with your choice of toppings!

ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup frozen mango
  • 1 packet kencko reds
  • 3 tbsp coconut yogurt (can sub for regular yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • Oat or almond milk, approximately 1/2 cup, but enough to blend to your desired consistency
  • Choice of fruit, nuts, and granola for topping
directions

In a blender, combine all of your ingredients together.

Blend until thick and creamy. 

Top with your choice of toppings, such as granola, fruit, coconut shavings, cacao nibs or seeds!
