We created a new set of guidelines and procedures, called Health Essentials^SM, to ensure our Academies are following best practices for a safe and healthy environment. And we made a version you can use at home (or you can hand to your child care provider, if it’s not Kiddie Academy).

Do you question how you will get through another day at home with your family? Here are some tiny things that help us. 

What Do Your Kids Think You Do for Work? 
Now that they’ve seen you performing your job for hours on end, are your kids any closer to being able to describe what you do for work?  

The Importance of Free Play 
Cut your kids (and yourself) some slack. Free play (aka leaving your child to his or her own devices) is a totally acceptable and effective way for kids to learn. You should even make some time for your own free play.

Mindful Minutes 
If you only get one minute of clarity a day with your kids, use it here.
