What to do when sending us your selfie:
Face in front of your window or go outside
Take your image in natural day light, making sure direct sunlight isn't on you
Make sure the last few inches of your hair are visible as this is the hair that has to blend well
Avoid sending edited or filtered photos
Send a photo (or multiple photos) that most accurately shows off your real hair colour
Try to use a high quality camera as low resolution photos won't show up your shade accurately enough
