New destination this year : Corsica !

We promised you new itineraries this year, here it goes !

We have prepared 4 bike trips to discover Corsica. This beautiful island offers an idyllic settling for cycling holidays through diverse and amazing landscapes.

From
steep coastline to limestone rock or red granite cliffs, you will have to climb passes and mountains to admire the most beautiful landscapes on the island. You will also have the chance to discover a rich and generous culture, first of all through its gastronomy!

8-day or 10-day itineraries from Bastia to Ajaccio

These 2 itineraries  take you to the most beautiful places in the northwest of the island. You start your trip in Bastia, capital of northern Corsica, and cycle towards Saint-Florent, nicknamed the "Corsican Saint-Tropez". Then you cycle through the Desert des Agriates, mountainous area, towards Monticello. During the 10-day itinerary only, you cycle down towards the bay of Calvi crossing small picturesque villages on the mountainside. You continue from Calvi to Galeria, through one of the most magnificent coastal road. During the 8-day itinerary, you cycle directly from Monticello to Galeria.
Then, you cross the Palmarella pass. There you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf of Girolata and the Scandola Reserve recognizable by its red granite cliffs. You arrive then in Porto, where you get the occasion to take a rest day (only possible in the 10-day trip) to go to the Scandola Reserve or the Calanques de Piana. Your journey ends in Cargèse, before reaching Ajaccio, the capital of Corsica
