Details of the changes to our General Terms and Conditions of Use from May 10th 2023
1. New commission tiers and amounts:
So that we can continue to offer you a high-quality service in complete security, we are updating our fees

for money pots of less than €100: no commission

for money pots of €100 to €10,000: 6% commission

for money pots of more than €10,000: 1.5% commission
⚡We remain fully transparent regarding how our commission is calculated and if any is due, this will only be when the funds are spent.
2. Profile verification and security via SMS (article 4.3)
In order to make your profile more secure, the new website will feature SMS verification. A unique ID is your guarantee that your generosity will remain in good hands — your own.
3. Simplification of payout features (article 8.2)
To simplify the user experience, we will continue to offer a single secure way to spend the money: making a transfer to the recipient's account. The rarely used "Gift your money pot" feature, which was used to transfer it to another profile, will disappear.
4. Applicable management fees:
Fees now apply in the following specific cases: if a request for a refund (excluding the right of withdrawal) or cancellation (excluding exempted cases) is made, or the funds are not spent within 10 months.
⚡These fees are of course subject to conditions (see articles 6.3, 7.3 and 8.2) and our teams will notify you before any charges are incurred
These new provisions will automatically come into effect in two months' time. You therefore have until 10 May 2023 to let us know if you object to these changes, which you can do using our form. In this case, your Leetchi profile will be deleted.
