First 100 days at Librio Towers

Since 2017, Librio has grown from a small founding team of five to an international team of 12 forest animals across four countries.

We asked one of our newest recruits, Patricia, who goes by the name Ms. Owl to tell us about how she found her first 100 days on the job.

Our top stories of 2020

We put a lot of love into our newsletter every month, so it's great to see your reactions to the articles we create. We took at a look at our top three articles from 2020 to see which ones you enjoyed most.

Unsurprisingly, they were from the first Coronavirus wave in spring when we put together a lot of content to keep parents and children entertained.

Because the situation we find ourselves in in January 2021 doesn't feel so different to April 2020, here's a look at the articles you liked most from last year in case you missed them first time round.

Stories from the home front
We asked you for stories of children you knew were having a tough time in lockdown and we gave 300 free Librio books to them to brighten up their days. Reading the stories now still brings a tear to the eye.

Librio activity sheets
These work at any time of year, but especially in winter months, so check out our fun Librio-themed activity sheets

Miss you letters
We mentioned these last month when we made a special Christmas edition. We loved sending these little letters to people we missed personal contact with.

Thank you so much for being part of our newsletter community. We look forward to sharing more with you in 2021.

Librio Library #19 - Hello Lighthouse - Sophie Blackall

Every month, we introduce one of our favourite books from Librio's own library, which we use as inspiration for creating our own books. This month: Hello Lighthouse by Sophie Blackall

This Caldecott Medal-winning book about life on a lighthouse found its way under the tree this Christmas and became an instant favourite in our household.

Educational and enjoyable for young and old alike, it's a lovely bit of escapism to a place at the edge of the world, far away from all the madness.
