Our commitment to a better future

At Librio, our commitment to both social and environmental change has always been a top priority. Through our campaign 'More than a book', we've been able to donate more than 300,00 books and plant as many trees with the help of our partners, Room to Read and Trees for the Future.

It's not just Librio that's been growing and evolving over the past few years. Our campaign 'More than a book' has also undergone a little spring-cleaning recently. You can find out more about our commitment and what role you play in our recent blog article.

Unique names for boys

In last month's newsletter we were all about girls. This month, it's the boys' turn to take center stage. In our blog article, we give you yet another sneak peek into our Top Secret database and show you some of the rare boys' names we've come across when creating our book 'Welcome to the World'.

Unique names for boys? Inspiration this way!

Librio Library # 33 - 'Little Bear's Spring' - Ellie Woolard and Briony May Smith

Every month, we introduce one of our favourite books from Librio's own library, this month we chose a lovely little springtime story from Ellie Woolard and Briony May Smith.

Even though Springtime doesn't officially start until March 20th, at Librio Spring has already sprung! The days have been getting longer, the temperature outside has slowly (very slowly) been rising and our team has already completed a very thorough spring-clean in our office.

'Ugh. Spring-cleaning 🙄' I hear you cry! Well, for those of you who'd rather hibernate a little longer, why not do it with a nice book? For example, this nice book: 'Little Bear's Spring'.

This story is about a little bear who discovers nature starting to reawaken after the long winter. It's a cute little story, suitable for kids age 3 and up as well as those not-children who are simply extending their winter's rest. 😉

Drop your mop, sit back and discover our newest book recommendation.

Spring Cleaning? Naaaaa.

Wishing you a wonderful rest of start of (almost) spring!

Eddie Beaver and Team.
