~ If you are a Life360 Gold or Platinum Member and need Roadside Assistance, or ID Theft/Disaster/Medical/Travel Assistance, tap on the ‘Operator’ icon at the bottom of the screen to connect to help right away.
~ Support requests are answered from 4am-10pm, PST.
~ Questions from Silver, Gold, and Platinum Members are answered with priority. All others are answered in the order received, usually within 24 hours.
