In my eMail to you yesterday I mentioned how I met a young
online marketing stud who agreed to help me.
Not only did he mentor me but we worked together, for almost
a whole year, on an information product that we launched as
partners.
One of my pet subjects, which was first suggested to me by my
mentor was to study the works of the old 'masters.'
Guys like: John E. Kennedy, Claude Hopkins, John Caples,
Walter Dill Scott, Haldeman Julius, Elmer Wheeler, Rosser
Reeves, David Ogilvy, Ted Ncholas ...
... and the list goes on.
[Sadly, all those greats are no longer with us today but I had
the massive privilege of partnering with one of them - we
hosted a 3 day event together back in 2006]
And if a list of today's marketing elite were to be compiled then
my mentor would surely make the grade.
You may have heard of him ... Yanikk Silver.
It was a privilege to have worked with Yanik and an even greater
privilege to Joint Venture that first product with him.
We even partnered in events together later.
But that first product was a huge success and now I am re-
launching it.
