Thank you to all of our amazing customers for your continued support and feedback! We can’t wait for you to see what we have planned for 2023.

Key Product Enhancements

It’s important to us to continue to grow and evolve alongside our customers. That's why, in 2022, we launched new features to take your website optimization to the next level, including:

With Email Reports, you get the most vital visitor data delivered directly to your inbox weekly or daily. Now you can keep an eye on your website visitors' behavior with the ability to click directly in Lucky Orange to dig deeper. Turn on email reports here.

Using Export CSV, Lucky Orange users can now download Lucky Orange data directly to their computer. Use this feature anywhere you see a list of visitors, chat logs, Most Active Elements, Conversion Funnels and the Event log.

Lucky Orange continues to add to our partnership ecosystem with new integrations and updates to our existing ones. A few of this year's new additions include:

• Our integration with Square - connecting the payment and website building platform with the power of Lucky Orange’s conversion rate optimization tools.

• The Zapier Lucky Orange integration allows our customers to connect Lucky Orange with thousands of apps to easily automate their e-commerce store.

• We worked with Shopify to create a new checkout extensibility feature, allowing our joint customers to track new event’s on their checkout pages to better understand their visitor's behavior.

• Shopify recognized Lucky Orange as having a “Low Impact” on store speed in their app marketplace.
