  1. In a small saucepan, heat almond milk until hot, but not boiling, about 3-5 minutes.

  2. Add tea bags and let steep for 5-8 minutes.

  3. Remove tea bags and add in ginger powder, black pepper and collagen powder, stir until combined.

  4. Pour into mugs, add honey if wanted and drink immediately.
