SUPERFOOD POPSICLES
1 scoop makes 1 popsicle
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 scoop of Macro Greens or Miracle Reds
  • 1/2 cup of apple juice for each mixture
  • 1/2 cup of water

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Add one scoop of Macro Greens or Miracle Reds to apple juice and water
(Mix well)
  • Pour into ice pop mold
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours
  • To remove from mold hold under hot tap water and then remove
BANANA PEANUT BUTTER HEALTHY FUDGESICLES

PREP TIME:  20 minutes
COOK TIME: 40 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 1 hour

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 scoops Macro Coco Greens superfood powder or Coco Protein powder
  • 1/2 a banana
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
  • 2 tbsp agave (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Blend all ingredients in a blender (Make sure you blend completely. You want a smooth not lumpy consistency)
  • Pour into Popsicle holders
  • Freeze

“Strawberry Ice Cream just as good as the one you had growing up”

INGREDIENTS
  • 1½ cups (130g) Frozen Strawberries
  • 1-2 scoops Miracle Reds
  • 1/3 tray (130g) Coconut Ice Cubes
  • ¼ cup (60ml) Coconut Milk
  • 1 TB Xylitol Powder
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Stevia
  • Fresh Strawberries (optional garnish)
  • Chocolate Covered Hemp Seeds (optional garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Place half of your frozen strawberries (¾ cup, 65g) in a medium-sized metal bowl and let them sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  • Set your frozen Coconut Ice Cubes and the second half of your frozen strawberries on the counter. Let them sit for 10 minutes to slightly soften, allowing the strawberries in your metal bowl to continue softening.
  • Mash the strawberries in the metal bowl with a large fork.
  • Pour your coconut milk into your blender and add all of your ingredients, except for the mashed strawberries in the bowl.
  • Pound with your tamper, until thick and smooth.

  • Spoon your JingLato out of the blender and pour into the bowl. Mix well with the mashed strawberries.

  • Garnish with additional fresh strawberries and chocolate covered hemp seeds.
