Tasty Chocolate Recipe Just in Time for Spring Break

If you're looking for a healthy nut-free cookie to share with your kid's that’s full of protein and veggies, these chocolate cookies are perfect for their spring break! They're made with black beans, sweet potatoes, and are sweetened only with fruit!

Our friend Steph of @healthyholme created these great tasting cookies. She adds Macro Coco Greens for a boost of chocolatey flavor and nutrition! See the recipe below and how she makes them.
Ingredients:
●      1 can of black beans
●      1/4 cup cooked sweet potato flesh
●      3/4 cup pitted dates
●      1/2 tsp baking soda
●      1 tsp baking powder
●      1 tsp vanilla
●      2 tbsp coconut oil
Directions:
●      Drain and rinse black beans.
●      Soak the pitted dates in hot water for 5 minutes.
●      In a food processor, combine the black beans, pitted dates, sweet potato, coconut oil, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, and Macro Coco Greens. Process mixture until smooth.
●      Using a tablespoon cookie scoop, portion out 20 dough balls.
●      Place portioned dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then flatten out the dough with a spatula. Add in mini chocolate chips if you would like.
●      Bake for 12-14 minutes and let the cookies cool, then enjoy!
