Tasting Notes

We're excited to announce that Cask #233 has been bottled this week ready for the Glenbeg Blue to begin shipping at the end of the month. With this bottling, we took the opportunity to refine our tasting notes:

Nose: Malty. Apple pie. Cedar gym hall. Big bright reds - strawberry, raspberry, a little cherry maybe. Juicy. Oven chips, buttery. Chilli jam. Tobacco.

Palate: Red. Juicy dark fruits. Lovely oak and cedar wood. Strawberry jam. Coastal salt. Juicy raisins. Stewed apples and pears. Cinnamon spice. Bit of damp earth mixed with pepper. Overall a bold integrated coastal sherry dram.

Glenbeg Blue

To celebrate the release of the Glenbeg Blue and Glenbeg White, Ardnamurchan Distillery and Marloe Watch Company will be hosting a tasting in London on the evening of Tuesday 10th December.

Not only will attendees be able to partake in a whisky tasting session, led by a member of the Ardnamurchan team, but both the Glenbeg Blue and Glenbeg White will be on display to try on.

But hurry, there are only 90 spaces available!
