Our Meat The Butchers 8oz Australian Wagyu Denver Black Label are marble score 8-9 have a fine buttery texture and a wonderfully mild flavor. The Denver Steak comes from a large muscle below the Chuck Eye in the beef’s shoulder. The shoulder muscles gets quite the workout, so Denver Steaks have an extra deep beef flavor.
