Parents Scramble to Find Baby Formula Amid Shortage & Recall
A nationwide baby formula shortage has parents scrambling to find their kids' next meal. “Every two to three days we find we're ending up having to go and try to find some," Amanda Chupp, one Kalamazoo mom, said. "It's near impossible to find.” The nationwide shortage is due to an increase in demand and supply chain issues during the pandemic. Read more here.

Research has shown that married mothers are penalized on the job, while married fathers enjoy a premium. New research looked at how single parents are affected by bias in the workplace.
These findings are certainly eyebrow-raising and worth delving into further. The researcher explained that these findings apply to middle-class applicants and employees, but she'd like future research to look at working-class jobs.
