We all want to celebrate with our families so here are some tips to safely celebrate Independence Day with babies and kids!
It's hot outside, so you want to make sure you and your baby are hydrated. If your baby already drinks water, don't forget to bring it along with their formula or breast milk. Bring for yourself, too!
Don't forget to protect your kids from harmful UV rays! Keep them in shade and put on some sunblock before going outside.
Also, make sure to bring a bug spray or anti-mosquito lotions to protect your kids from bugs. Those bites are itchy and might carry diseases, so better be prepared!
Fireworks are beautiful to watch, but can be overwhelming and scary for your kids or babies. Watch the fireworks display from afar and don't forget to bring headphones to protect your kids' ears from the loud noise, too.
One of the most important precautionary things you should do when you're with your kids is to avoid drinking. Do not drink alcohol especially if you're driving home.
If you don't want to stress yourself out about planning where to go, bring the party home! This can be helpful, especially for parents with young toddlers or newborns.
