To ring in the new year we stopped at the Assilah Eco Village in Northern Morocco. Mushmina blogger Tara visited with the British-born Linsey Taylor Auad in 2019 and wrote about her unexpected vision to create a naturally organic sanctuary on the Mushmina Blog. Read about this lovely eco-village built with local and recycled materials. Linsey told us over a marvelous couscous lunch that she has hosted over 400 'Workaway' volunteers who helped her build her sustainable homestead and garden. We love meeting interesting people creating colorful lives.
