Improved lid design makes Tetra even easier to use
Improved lid design makes Tetra even easier to use
In a recent survey, 80% of respondents told us that they intend to use Tetra in their kitchen, placed on a countertop under existing upper cabinets. That's why we've made the decision to improve the lid design to make it easier to load and unload dishes. As you may recall in Tetra's original design, the lid had to be completely lifted up and set aside in order for users to add or remove items from the rack. This seemingly simply action, however, would be much more complicated with upper cabinets in the way.
So our product designers have modified the lid that was planned. (It is still clear - don't worry!) Instead, Tetra will now come with an easy to remove front door with a tongue and groove closure. The rest of lid will be permanently attached to the base.
We think you'll love this improved design and look forward to hearing your feedback. This design change will not affect our anticipated shipping date, which is still slated for May 2022. Email us with your thoughts.
