Healthy Replacement for Chips!

, Kale chips are delicious, nutritious, and easy to make at home. If you haven't already, try them! Here's a simple recipe:⁠

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).⁠
     
  • Carefully remove the Kale leaves from the thick stems and tear them into bite-size pieces.⁠
     
  • Wash and dry kale with a salad spinner.
     
  • Put Kale on a non-insulated cookie sheet & drizzle kale with olive oil, then sprinkle with seasoning salt.⁠⁠
     
  • Bake until the edges brown. ⏱ 10 to 15 minutes.⁠
