Check Your Tread Depth with the Penny Test
If your tire tread wears too thin over time, you will lose your stopping power and control. Easily check your tread at home with the penny test. Simply place a penny upside-down, facing you, inside the groove of the tire tread. If you can see Lincoln’s whole head, you need new tires.
Check Your Overall Condition
Giving your tires a quick visual check can also help prevent mishaps before you hit the road. Check your tread and sidewalls for any cuts, scrapes, punctures, bulges, bumps or cracks. If you see anything suspicious, our Pros are happy to take a look.
