Dear Pinshape Community,

We wanted to reach out to all of our users to let you know that we’re currently experiencing some issues that are preventing any payments from occurring across the entire site.

Firstly, we would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this problem may have caused, and we want to assure you that we’re doing everything we can to solve the problem in a timely manner.

We realize this is not a good experience and would like to thank you for bearing with us. You can expect to hear from us again soon as soon as everything is sorted out, and at the same time, we’ll try to provide as many details as we can about how we’re going to prevent these types of problems from arising in the future.
