Rallo Vineyards is an established producer on the northern side of Mount Etna; and thanks to the proximity to water (plus all that volcanic soil), its grapes gain a lovely amount of minerality and complexity.
One of its wines is Taillè, a red blend that was made for lovers of light-bodied wines with exciting fruit notes (think black cherry, dried strawberry, plum, and licorice).
