In Episode 1, color expert Tim Kang reimagines the concept of three-point lighting with a new technique called the 4 Cs: Contour, Contrast, Clarity, and Color. This technique breaks the confines of the traditional key, fill, and back light, and allows filmmakers to think of their image more creatively.
