A Sweet And Delicious Way To Get More Reishi

Reishi mushroom is an incredible medicinal mushroom that has been used for hundreds of years to promote health and longevity. Cinnamon Reishi Mushroom Bars
Ingredients:
1 cup of medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup of dried figs
1/2 cup of almonds
2 tsp of Vimergy Reishi Mushroom Extract Powder
2 tsp of cinnamon

Directions:
Start by placing the almonds in a food processor and blend until almonds are well chopped. Next add in the pitted dates, figs, Vimergy Reishi Powder, and cinnamon, and process the ingredients until they are well combined. Then take a parchment paper lined 8x8” baking pan and press the mixture down to fill in the pan. Place the pan into the refrigerator for at least an hour to let the mixture set, then cut it into squares or bar shapes. Grab a friend and enjoy your Cinnamon Reishi Mushroom Bars together!

Roasted Vanilla Pears

These Roasted Vanilla Pears are such a treat and look so beautiful too, they'll be sure to wow anyone who you're eating them with! Topped with a raw cashew cream and yummy nut crumble they make the perfect dessert or snack! (Photo & Recipe by: @vanelja)

Ingredients:
For the Pears

  • 4 ripe pears
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil⠀⁠
  • 1 tbsp coconut syrup (or maple syrup)⠀⁠
  • 1⁄2 tsp vanilla powder

For the Cashew Cream

  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked for 30mins & rinsed⠀⁠
  • 1⁄2 cup water⠀⁠
  • 1 tbsp coconut syrup (or maple syrup)⠀⁠
  • 1⁄2 tsp vanilla powder tiny pinch of sea salt⠀
For the Nut Crumble
  • 1/3 cup pecans⠀⁠
  • 1/3 cup almonds⠀⁠
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts⠀⁠
  • 3 fresh dates, pitted & chopped
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400F. Cut pears in half and spoon out the seeds. Place the pears on a baking tray. Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan on low heat. Add the coconut syrup and vanilla and mix well. Pour the mixture evenly over the pears and bake for about 20 minutes or until the pears are soft. While the pears are baking, make the cashew cream by blending all of the cashew cream ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Set aside and now make the nut crumble by placing all of the nut crumble ingredients in a blender and pulse until a crumble forms. Once the pears are done cooking, top them with a dollop of cashew cream and a sprinkle of the nut crumble.
