It was AWESOME to meet some of you at the Metabolic Health Summit last weekend. We were able to get our caffeine fix and chat in person (see pic of some of the crew!).

We're excited to coordinate more Rebel meet ups like this in the future (any Rebels going to Paleo f(x)?)! We'll plan and post them in The Healthy Rebellion.

We’re rounding the corner on the 30 Day Rebel Reset and everyone is absolutely smashing it. In the 30 Day Rebel Reset, Allison W shared her morning win: “Happy Movement Snack Tuesday! I decided that I could squeeze in 5 minutes on the stationary bike while I waited for my car to warm up. Turns out I got 11+ minutes in AND still got to work on time. Like a REBEL....”

I love the idea of Movement Snacks vs trying to find 1-2 hours to dedicate to the gym… squeeze in a ten minute walk, some pushups, a few squats throughout your day. How can you incorporate Movement Snacks?
