Hi there,

As we suspected back in March, we’ve seen unprecedented demand for our Phone Booths, Focus Rooms and Meeting Rooms as companies plan their return to the office.

At the same time, recent disruptions to the global supply chain have delayed raw materials we need to manufacture our products. This has made it difficult to ramp our production as fast as we’d like. Because of this, our lead times have grown to a level we’ve never seen before, with Phone Booths at 10-12 weeks and Focus Rooms and Meeting Rooms at 20-22 weeks. We’ve always taken pride here at ROOM in helping our customers return to a better way of working, and we know our long lead times don’t help!

We’re seeing prices for key components including MDF, copper and other materials rise dramatically, and global shipping rates are at all-time highs. These pricing challenges, coupled with our ongoing commitment to sourcing the best quality materials and continuing to work with industry-leading manufacturing and shipping partners, have caused us to increase our prices. Those changes will take effect on August 1.

Rest assured, we are trying our best to navigate these global supply disruptions and logistics complexities, and are aiming to get as many booths and rooms into the market ASAP. Please Contact Us to lock in current pricing ahead of our increase in August.
