HEY THERE,
Andrew here, Founder of Vintage. How are you doing?
I was just sitting here in my office in Santa Clara and thinking back on the early days of Vintage—how we started, the ups, the downs, and the in-betweens… every step of the way has been totally worth it.
You see, back in the day I had an idea to make a few Vintage-inspired bikes with modern-day performance, so I enlisted my friends to help out. Dozens of hours later, we finished our very first bike out of my parents’ garage.
And that was 9 years ago!
What started as a project to make hand-crafted bikes for my friends and family ballooned into a full-scale operation. And what a ride it’s been! I couldn’t have done it without the support of my family, my team, and all the Vintage enthusiasts who love getting outside on their bikes.
Anyway, there’s a lot more to the story but I don’t want to take up too much of your time. If you want to learn more about how we started, check out this really great article by Golden State!
