Hope everyone is doing fine midst through this difficult time. We have been receiving a lot of emails about order status. Its been a difficult time for us and our family in midst of loosing jobs and losing family member. We are only human and sometimes emotions, bad situations take over.
It breaks our heart that we were not able to provide the service we set out to do with Tasu. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience and lack of customer support. So we have decided to offer refunds for the all the pending orders. Some of you might have already received them. We will be processing rest of them in the meantime over this weekend.
Also we are closing temporarily our store till mid of April to regain our strengths and to make Tasu a company we would have wanted it to be in a world of no worries.
